Wiz Khalifa X No Sleep

Wiz "Mr. Ink My Whole Body" Khalifa parties like a rock star in his new video No Sleep. The video also features his girlfriend, Amber Rose. Say what you want about Amber, I still love her. Her style is sick. Even if Yeezy taught her #YeShrug. Off her and back to Wiz. Wiz is def one of my top rappers to listen to. I love his laid-back flow and of course his ink takes him to another level of flyy. If you haven't listened to his new album Rolling Papers yet, go download it at the iTunes music store or purchase it at your local music retailer.

Sneak Peek Urban Decay Book of Shadows Vol. IV

(photo taken from Urban Decay Facebook page)

Yesterday Urban Decay uploaded a few photos of the new Book of Shadows. I only own the Book of Shadows Vol. III, UD Loves NYC. I absolutely adore Urban Decay cosmetics but I am not a fan of glitter shadows and their palettes tends to feature glitter shadows that have fall-out. I already know that I will not like Midnight Rodeo. Check out Urban Decay's Facebook page for more photos and swatches. Also follow them on twitter. They always tweet about new product information and ideas for makeup looks!

"N*ggas feel themselves then Watch The Throne drop, N*ggas kill themselves"

I got my copy of Watch The Throne from Best Buy today. It totally slipped my mind that the album was released in-store yesterday smh. Here are some pics of the album art and packaging.

Premiere: Kanye West X Jay-Z "Otis" Video

Ye and Hov sampled Otis Redding's 1996 hit Try A Little Tenderness. This song is dope and is on their album Watch The Throne. Simply another hit from two of the best rappers in the game.

"I made “Jesus Walks” I’m never going to hell. Couture level flow, it’s never going on sale.
Luxury rap, the Hermes of verses.
Sophisticated ignorance, write my curses in cursive"- Kanye West

They say I’m crazy, well, I’m ’bout to go dumb again. They aint see me cause I pulled up in my other Benz. Last week I was in my other other Benz.Throw your diamonds up cause we in this bitch and up again"- Kanye West

"Run up on Yeezy the wrong way, I might murk ya. Flee in the G450 I might surface.
Political refugee, asylum can be purchased"- Jay-z

"Jay is chillin’, ‘Ye is chillin’. What more can I say? We killin’ ‘em. Hold up, before we end this campaign. As you can see, we done bodied the damn lames. Lord, please let them accept the things they can’t change"- Kanye West

You've Been "Nailed"

I have a serious nail polish addiction and like to experiment with different colors and patterns when it comes to my nails. Personally, I don't like acrylic, press-ons, or any other type of nail enhancer. I simply prefer to rock my natural nail length even though I have a serious nail bitting problem. Below are some pics of my current fave polishes.

(Left to Right): O.P.I Black Shatter, O.P.I. San Tan-tonio, China Glaze For Audrey, China Glaze Celtic Sun

O.P.I San Tan-tonio is my go-to nail polish color. I am currently stuck on this color because of the nude affect it has due to it matching my skin tone pretty well. This color is appropriate for any occasion and coordinates well with any color.
This is a hand painted houndstooth design I did on my nails. I also added rhinestones to one nail to give it a little glitz. This design is rather simple to do. If you would like me to do a tutorial, simply comment on this post and I will do one as soon as I can.

Kanye West X Jay-Z "Watch The Throne"

The anticipated album from Kanye West and Jay-Z became available for purchase on Apple's iTunes today at midnight. The album will be available in-stores for purchase only at Best Buy on August 12. Two weeks later other record retailers will have the album for sale. Talk about exclusive!

Due to me being old school and love having the physical album art, I did not buy the digital copy from iTunes. I will wait to purchase the deluxe album from Best Buy. Kanye West is by far my favorite artist. His lyrical abilities never cease to amaze me. I am definitely #Team Kanye! I am also a fan of Jay-Z but I prefer pre-Blueprint Jigga. The Blueprint album series was nice though. Just not his best. But if I had to choose my favorite album form either artist it would be: Kanye West College Dropout and Jay-Z Reasonable Doubt.

Overall, I like what I have heard of the album so far. I've only listened to clips but I could definitely see myself listening to this album from beginning to end. I will give more of my thoughts on the album once I have listened to every song in its entirety.

Versace for H&M: Sneak Peek of Autumn '11 Collection

Words can't even explain how much I look forward to purchasing items from this collection. Since the H&M locations in my city will not be getting the collection, I will be making a road trip to the Chicago Michigan Ave. store. I will be camping out for hours in the cold, all for the love of fashion.

Is anyone else looking forward to this collection as much as I am or is it something that you will pass on?

L.A.M.B Nathan = Love At First Site

While I was browsing the web, I came across a pair of amazing booties. Its name is Nathan and is another amazing piece created by Gwen Stefani. I am increasingly becoming more and more fascinated with L.A.M.B footwear. These shoes are nothing less than fabulous. The only down side is the price tag, $355. As a young college student that is quite an investment in a pair of shoes. Oh well, I will dream of you Nathan until we are finally united sigh.

I have posted some pics of the L.A.M.B Nathan bootie below. Available in black, tan, and ivory leather.

HOORAY TO THE END OF MY SUMMER CLASSES !!

Today was my last day of summer classes! I decided to take a speech and calculus class this summer. It is safe to say that the majority of my summer revolved around work and class. Luckily I had cool professors that didn't overload us with homework or I'm sure I would have cried. Well maybe not literally cried.

Fall classes for me begin Aug. 22nd so I have a little time outside of work to relax, hangout with friends and family, party, and anything else that my 21-year-old heart desires before it's back to the books.

Did anyone else take summer classes? If so were they a nightmare and as painful as pulling duct tape off your mouth? or Were they pretty cool and you coasted right through them?

*please don't go get some duct tape then peel it off your mouth ;)
